كرم الله الانسان، ورباه على الرأفة والرحمة والمودة، لخير الجماعة الانسانية و عنى الاسلام في تشريعه ببناء اسرة الانسان، فقد شادها على أحكم نظام، وبين لكل فرد حقوقه وواجباته، حتى لا تغمط الحقوق وتُهمل الواجبات.
