مع عدم الإخلال بحكم المادة (80) من نظام العمل لا يجوز للمنشأة توقيع أي جزاء على العامل لأمر ارتكبه خارج مكان العمل إلا إذا كان له علاقة مباشرة بطبيعة عمله أو بالمنشأة أو بمديرها المسئول .
