ترأس الإجتماع رئيس مجلس الإدارة الشيخ / صالح علي الصقري ، وأفاد أن الدعوة لإنعقاد الإجتماع قد وجهت وفقاً للأصول ووافق عليها أعضاء مجلس الإدارة وأن النصاب المطلوب لإنعقاد مجلس الإدارة قد إكتمل وفقاً لأحكام المادة 22 من النظام الأساسي للشركة
