11. ان حجم العمل الذي تتضمنه دائرة التاهيل/برنامج التربية الخاصة عالي جدا الا ان عدد المتطوعين/ات فيه قليل نسبيا، ويحتاج البرنامج الى عددا اكبر من المتطوعين/ات مما هو مرصود وخاصة للوصول الى العائلات والاشخاص ذو الاعاقة في برنامج الاثراء المنزلي، فمعول على المتطوعين/ات المحليين الاستمرار مع الاشخاص ذو الاعاقة بالاثراء والمتابعة بانتهاء فترة التدخل من 3-6 اشهر وهذا يتطلب جهدا في استقطاب متطوعين /ات اكثر ومن المفترض ان تساهم لجان التوعية المجتمعية وفروع الجمعية في ذلك
