صدر قرار اللجنة الاستئنافية الضريبية بخصوص استئناف البنك على قرار لجنة الاعتراض الزكوية الضريبية الابتدائية لعام 2006م، وكان القرار بإلزام البنك بدفع مبلغ اضافي وقدرة 58 مليون ريال وحتى تاريخه لم يستلم البنك الربط الزكوي المعدل. وتم استلام الربوط الزكوية لعامي 2007م و 2008م، من اللجنة الاستئنافية الضريبية ومن 2009م إلى 2011م، من مصلحة الزكاة وجاري العمل علي اعداد الرد للمصلحة علي هذا الربط.
