ينبغي وضع اجراءات مكتوبة و حفظها تتعلق بإعداد ، مراجعة، اعتماد، استخدام و التحكم في التغييرات لإجراءات العمل المختصة بتخزين و توزيع المستحضرات الصيدلانية. و ينبغي الاحتفاظ المستودع بجميع اجراءات العمل سواء المنشأة داخليًا او مصدرها من خارج المنشأة
