ب‌. القيام بكافة الأمور التجارية وغير التجارية والأفعال المطلوبة أو اللازمة أوالتي يكون لها صلة بأعمال وشؤون الشركة وعمليتها داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وخارجها، والقيام من أجل ذلك بمناقشة والتفاوض على وتوقيع كافة الاتفاقيات والعمليات والمراسلات والترتيبات والتعاملات مع الغير. كما له الحق في تحرير وتوقيع وتنفيذ كافة العقود والاتفاقيات والمناقصات والتعهدات والوثائق على اختلاف أنواعها ومواضيعها ومضامينها وذلك بالشروط التي يراها الوكيل مناسبة مع كافة الجهات الرسمية وشبه الرسمية والجهات الخاصة، وكذلك تحرير وتوقيع الملاحق والعقود والاتفاقيات وإجراءات التعديل والطلبات والمراسلات والايصالات والمخالصات والنماذج والقرارات أياً كان نوعها بدون أيه حدود مالية مهما كانت قيمتها، وذلك أمام جميع الجهات الخاصة وجميع الدوائر الحكومية وشبه الحكومية العامة والهيئات الرسمية الأخرى داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة و خارجها؛
