ويحق للمدير أن يعتبر التقرير صحيح إذا لم يقدم العميل اعتراضا خطي عليه خلال خمسة عشر ) 15(يوم من تاريخ إرساله. كما ستقوم الشركة وحسبما تمليه الضرورة وبما لا يقل عن مرة
واحدة سنوياً بتزويد كل عميل بكشف كتابي بحيث تبين جميع أصول العميل والضمانات والأصول الأخرى التي يملكها والتي يكون المدير مسؤولاً عنها.
