ترأّس الاجتماع رئيس اللجنة الأستاذ عمر الهوشان وأفاد أن الدعوة لانعقاد الاجتماع قد وجهت وفقاً للأصول ووافق عليها أعضاء اللجنة، وأن النصاب المطلوب لانعقاد اجتماع اللجنة قد اكتمل.
وعليه، أعلن رئيس اللجنة افتتاح الجلسة وتمت تلاوة جدول الأعمال الذي تضمن ما يلي:
1- الاطلاع على مسودة محضر اجتماع لجنة المراجعة المنعقد بتاريخ 15/06/2016م؛
2- مناقشة القوائم المالية للربع الثاني للعام 2016م؛
3- مناقشة القوائم المالية للربع الثاني للعام 2016م مع المدققين الخارجيين؛
4- مناقشة الخطة السنوية لإدارة المراجعة الداخلية والموافقة عليها؛
5- مناقشة تقارير إدارة المراجعة الداخلية:
- تقرير استمرارية أعمال تقنية المعلومات والحماية من الكوارث.
- تقرير إدارة الانتساب الطبي.
- تقرير إدارة المطالبات العامة.
6- أمور متفرقة أخرى؛

meeting was chaired by Chairman of the Committee Mr. Omar Hoshan he said that the invitation to the meeting has been addressed in accordance with the assets and approved by the members of the Committee, and that the quorum required for holding the meeting of the Committee has been completed.
