لا يجوز للعامل أن يعمل لدى أي جهة أ

لا يجوز للعامل أن يعمل لدى أي جهة أثناء تمتعه بأي إجازة من الإجازات المنصوص عليها في هذا الفصل سواء كان ذلك بأجر أو بدون أجر ، فإذا ثبت أن العامل خالف ذلك يكون للمنشأة الحق في حرمانه من أجره عن مدة الإجازة أو أن تسترد منه ما دفعته له لقاء ذلك .

Results (English) 1:

No worker may be employed by anyone during his enjoyment of any vacation leave provided for in this chapter, whether paid or unpaid, if the worker is bucking to established the right to deprive him of his term or leave to recover from what she gave him.

Results (English) 2:

No worker may work at any point during the enjoyment of any vacation from vacation set forth in this chapter, whether it's paid or unpaid, if the worker otherwise be a property right to deprive him of his wages for the period of leave or to recover from it what you paid for it to meet it.

Results (English) 3:

A person may work at any point during his leave of leave provided for in this chapter, whether paid or unpaid, if it is proved that the business that he have the right to deprive him of his wages for the period of leave or to recover from.You paid for it.
