في حالة منح العميل تفويضاً لشخص آخر

في حالة منح العميل تفويضاً لشخص آخر بموجب وكالة شرعية لتشغيل حسابات تداول الأسهم المحلية والعالمية و إصدار تعليمات للشركة عن طريق الهاتف فإن العميل يوافق بأن هذه التعليمات تصبح سارية المفعول فور تبليغها، ويحق للشركة عندئذ أن تعتمد على التفويض اعتماداُ كاملاً وتعمل بموجبه، ولا تعتبر الشركة مسئولهً عن العيوب و عدم الكفاية القانونية المتعلقة بتوثيق التفويض لدى كاتب عدل كما لا تكون مسئولهً عن الأخطاء به أو إلغائه ما لم يتم إخطار الشركة بذلك كتابة

If the customer grants authorization for someone else under a legitimate agency to run the local stock trading accounts, and issuing instructions to the company via phone, the client agrees that these directives become effective upon transmission, the company is entitled to rely on the full support and work authorization, the company is not responsible for defects and inadequacies of legal document notarized authorization nor be responsible for errors or cancellation unless the company is notified in writing

In the case of the client granted a mandate to someone else under the agency legitimacy to run the local and global equity trading and issuing instructions to the company by phone accounts, the customer agrees that these regulations become effective immediately notified, and the company may then be based on the mandate entirely dependent and works which, in the company are considered responsible for defects and lack of legal sufficiency of documenting the mandate as a notary shall not be liable for errors or cancel it unless the company notified in writing
