على كل شخص مقيم في لبنان يستعمل فيه

على كل شخص مقيم في لبنان يستعمل فيه خدمة اكتسبها من جهة مقيمة خارج الاراضي اللبنانية، أن يصرح عن الضريبة المتوجبة عن هذه الخدمة مهما بلغت قيمتها ويؤديها الى الادارة الضريبية، وفقاً لأصول تحدد بمرسوم يتخذ في مجلس الوزراء بناء على اقتراح وزير المالية.

Results (English) 1:

Every person resident in Lebanon which gained service uses hand resident outside Lebanese territory, to declare the tax owed on this service whatever worth and performed by the tax administration, according to assets determined by decree issued by the Council of Ministers upon proposal of the Minister of finance.

Results (English) 2:

Every person resident in Lebanon used the service acquired on the one hand a resident outside Lebanese territory, to declare all owed about this service tax whatever their value and performed to the tax administration, according to the assets defined by a decree by the Council of Ministers upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance.
