بعد الإطلاع على المعاملة الواردة من ديوان رئاسة مجلس الوزراء برقم 16554/ب و تاريخ 1/5/ 1426 هـ، المشتملة على برقية صاحب السمو الملكي وزير الداخلية رقم 35/ 4/25100/2س و تاريخ 4/5/1425هـ، المرافق لها محضر اجتماع اللجنة الوزارية المشكلة بموجب الأمر السامي رقم (5135) و تاريخ 20/ 4/ 1419هـ، في شأن مشروع تنظيم هيئة حقوق الانسان.

و بعد الإطلاع على المحضر رقم (428) و تاريخ 24/11/1425هـ، المعد الاطلاع في هيئة الخبراء بمجلس الوزراء.

و بعد الإطلاع على الفقرة (2) من المادة (24) من نظام مجلس الوزراء، الصادر بالأمر الملكي رقم (أ/13) و تاريخ 3/3/1414هـ.

و بعد الاطلاع على الأمر السامي رقم (5464/ م ب) و تاريخ 20/4/1426هـ.

و بعد الإطلاع على توصية اللجنة العامة لمجلس الوزراء رقم (412) و تاريخ 1/8/1426هـ.

يقرر

الموافقة على تنظيم هيئة حقوق الإنسان بالصيغة المرافقة.
