قمنا بتقديم الإقرار الزكاة والقوائم

قمنا بتقديم الإقرار الزكاة والقوائم المالية الي مصلحة الزكاة والدخل للسنة المنتهية في 31/12/2011 وانهاء الوضع الزكاة للشركة للأعوام 2008 ، 2009 ، 2010، 2011 ، وسداد المستحق على الشركة بعد الاعتراض على الربوط الزكاة عن تلك السنوات وتسوية الوضع الزكاة عنها والحصول على شهادة نهائية حتى عام 2011 وهي أخر قوائم مالية للشركة قمنا بعدها بطلب الحصول على شهادة من المصلحة لاستكمال إجراءات شطب السجل التجاري لدى وزارة التجارة والصناعة وعليه تم الحصول على موافقة من مصلحة الزكاة والدخل بعدم الممانعة من شطب السجل التجاري وذلك بموجب خطابها الصادر رقم 1434/16/6727 بتاريخ 2/11/1434 هـ الموجه الى وزارة التجارة والصناعة ( إدارة الشركات )

We provide recognition and financial statements to the Department of zakaah and income for the year ended 31/12/2011, end of Zakat for the company for the years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and pay the company after objecting to the Zakat links for those years and settle the situation of Zakat and getting certified is final until 2011 and is the latest financial statements of the company, we then apply for a certificate of interest to complete the procedures for writing off the commercial register with the Ministry of trade and industry, it has to obtain the approval of the interest Zakat and income NOC from the write-off of the commercial register under its letter of 1434/16/6608 dated 2/11/1434 to the Ministry of trade and industry (corporate governance)
