مشكلتنا في السعودية ليس في قلة حملة الشهادات العليا وإنما في كثرتهم !. تقدمت الصين والهند والبرازيل لأنهم ركزوا على الصناعة أما التوسع في التعليم الجامعي لم يقد مصر وغيرها من الدول إلى مصاف الدول المصنعة.
