و بناء على ما سبق فإننا نقترح ترقية الموظف إلى المرتبة الثانية عشر الدرجة المتوسطه لتحفيزه على بذل مجهود إضافي و جعل الأداء المثالي في تصاعد مستمر بما يعود بالفائده على الشركة

And accordingly we suggest upgrading to the twelfth ranked medium degree of motivation on the additional effort and make ideal mounting performance for the benefit of the company

Based on the above, we propose to upgrade the employee to the twelfth ranked class medium stimulated to make an extra effort and make a perfect performance on the rise for the benefit of the company

And on the basis of the above, we propose the promotion to the rank of twelfth class middle stimulation to be additional effort and make the perfect performance on the rise to the any benefit to the company.
