تعفى من الضريبة الخدمات التي يقدمها الوكلاء الذين يعملون باسم ولحساب موكليهم، عندما تتناول هذه الخدمات عمليات معفاة من الضريبة وفقا لاحكام المادتين 19 و 20 من هذا القانون، او عمليات حاصلة خارج الاراضي اللبنانية، باستثناء الخدمات التي تقدمها وكالات السفر

Results (English) 1:

Exempt from tax the services provided by agents who work on behalf of and for their client's account, when dealing with these services tax exempt operations in accordance with articles 19 and 20 of this Act, or has operations outside Lebanese territory, with the exception of services provided by travel agencies

Results (English) 2:

Exempt from the tax services provided by agents who act in the name and for the account of their clients, when dealing with these services are exempt from tax operations in accordance with the provisions of Articles 19 and 20 of this Act, or holds operations outside Lebanese territory, with the exception of the services offered by travel agencies

Results (English) 3:

Exempt from the tax services provided by agents acting on behalf of their clients, when such services are exempt from tax in accordance with the provisions of articles 19 and 20 of the this act, or the processes occurring outside the Lebanese territory, with the exception of the services offered by the travel agencies
