يقر العميل بأنه قد اطلع على ملاحق هذه الاتفاقية حسب تصنيفه وقبل بها كجزءٍ لا يتجزأ من هذه الاتفاقية وأنه مسؤول عن صحة ودقة بيانات حقولها وما تضمنته من معلومات والتزامه بإرفاق وتسليم المستندات والوثائق الثبوتية المؤيدة والمؤكدة لذلك.
