أشارت الفقرة ج من الايضاح رقم 3 أن عرض القوائم المالية تم وفقاً لمعيار العرض والافصاح العام في المملكة العربية السعودية . تجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذا المعيار كان أول المعايير التي صدرت وتلى هذا المعيار العديد من المعايير التي تغطي جوانب كثيرة من العرض والافصاح في القوائم المالية لذلك فإن من المقترح تغيير هذه العبارة إلى ( أن عرض القوائم المالية تم وفقاً للمعايير الصادرة عن الهيئة السعودية للمحاسبين القانونيين
