في حالة نشوب اي خلاف بخصوص تفسير او تنفيذ اي من بنود هذا العقد يصعب حله وديا، يعرض النزاع على محكمة الجيزة الابتدائية بدرجاتها، وتكون اللغة العربية هي المعتد بها في حالة الخلاف.ذات الحال
