كذلك يحق للمدير والأطراف ذات الصلة والأطراف المفوضة الإفصاح عن أية معلومات يتم الحصول عليها من العميل أو تتعلق به حيثما يلزم ذلك بمقتضى القانون أو النظام أو حيثما يلزم ذلك لتقديم الخدمات المطلوبة بموجب هذه الاتفاقية.
