تصدر لجنة المخالفات قرارها كتابةً مع بيان الأسباب التي على أساسها اتخذت قرارها وترفعه الي المحافظ ليقوم بتزويد الأطراف المعنية بنسخة من القرار ويكون هذا القرار قابلاً للتظلم منه وفقاً للمادة الثامنة والثلاثين من القانون واللوائح

Commission fines its writing with the reasons underlying the decision and to the Governor to provide interested parties with a copy of the resolution and the resolution is enforceable against it in accordance with article VIII of the Act and regulations

Infractions Committee issued its decision in writing with the reasons on which has taken its decision and upload it to the governor to provide the parties concerned with a copy of the decision and this decision may be grievance of it in accordance with the thirty-eighth article of the law and regulations
