جرى تقديم لائحة الاستئناف رقم 1130/خ. ج /58/32 بتاريخ 25/05/1436 الموافق 16/03/2015 متضمنة أسباب الطعن على الحكم شكلاً وموضوعاً ، وفي حال قبول الاستئناف شكلاً وموضوعاً ، وحمل الحكم على أسبابه والمقدم من المكتب نيابة عن الشركة فسيتم نقض الحكم
