ولمّا كان قد بات من الثابت في الحالة الراهنة، ان استعمال الخدمات موضوع التكليف الحاضر يتم حصراً خارج الأراضي اللبنانية من قبل الشركة الام الاماراتية التي لا علاقة لها، في مطلق الأحوال، بأية عمليات استيراد أو بيع في لبنان، بما يتوافق كليا مع مضمون كتاب دائرة التشريع والاستشارات الضريبية تاريخ 8/5/2007 المنوه عنه أعلاه،
