وقد عقدت اللجنة (7) اجتماعات خلال عام2015م، لتغطية جميع المهام والمسئوليات الموكلة لها حسب الخطة المعتمدة للعام المالي 2015م، ودراسة واقرار القوائم المالية الأولية والسنوية للبنك قبل اعتمادها من مجلس الادارة تتكون الدورة الحالية للجنة المراجعة من أربعة أعضاء، رئيس اللجنة وهو أحد أعضاء مجلس إدارة البنك وثلاثة أعضاء مستقلين خارجيين من ذوي الاختصاص. وهم:
