القسم الغربي يقع على البحر مباشرة و هي قطعة أرض تابعة إلى وزارة السياحة و تحتاج إلى تأهيل للإستفادة منها كمركز نشاطات للمتطوعين في سورية و مركز لمشروع الانقاذ المائي و هو يتألف من كفيتريا للمتطوعين، شاطيء مخصص للسباحة و ملعب رياضي و حديقة للاطفال
