3- في حالة التوصية بالاستبعاد من قب

3- في حالة التوصية بالاستبعاد من قبل اللجنة آنفة الذكر يتم إحالة الطلب الى القسم المالي / شعبة الموجودات الثابتة لغرض تثبيت القيمة الدفترية للموجود . يحال الطلب بعد اكمال ما ورد ذكره الى المستوى الإداري المناسب بحسب الصلاحية لغرض المصادقة على الاستبعاد .

In the case of exclusion recommendation by the aforementioned committee is to refer the request to the finance department / Division of fixed assets for the purpose of installing the carrying value of the asset. It referred to the demand after the completion of what was mentioned to the appropriate administrative level, according to the authority for the purpose of ratification of the exclusion.
