إسناد العمل للعامل بموجب عقد مؤقت ثم استمرار العامل في العمل بما يجاوز تسعين يوماً يخالف نظام العمل, ويستوجب إلزام صاحب العمل بتغيير العقد من عقد مؤقت إلى عقد دائم, وصرف للعامل البدلات التي يحصل عليها زملاء العامل والإجازة السنوية حسب النظام.
