تم اصدار الأسهم المجانية وذلك برسملة مبلغ 995.6 مليون ريال سعودي من الأرباح المبقاة، وتحويل مبلغ 4.4 مليون ريال من الإحتياطي النظامي وفقا لموافقة مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي ليصبح عدد الأسهم القائمة بعد اصدار الأسهم المجانية 500 مليون سهم.
