افتقدت مرحلة التخطيط لعملية المراجعة التوثيق الكافي لتفهم بيئة الرقابة الداخلية للشركة حيث تم الاكتفاء بإرفاق نسخة من دليل السياسات والإجراءات المطبقة من قبل العميل وبالتالي لم يتم توثيق النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها بشأن تقدير مخاطر الرقابة ومدى الاعتماد على السياسات وإجراءات الرقابة الداخلية
