تنشأ بموجب هذا التنظيم هيئة تسمى (هيئة حقوق الإنسان) ترتبط مباشرة برئيس مجلس الوزراء، وتهدف إلى حماية حقوق الإنسان و تعزيزها وفقًا لمعايير حقوق الإنسان الدولية في جميع المجالات، و نشر الوعي بها و الإسهام في ضمان تطبيق ذلك في ضوء أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية. و تكون هي الجهة الحكومية المختصة بإبداء الرأي و المشورة فيما يتعلق بمسائل حقوق الإنسان.

Established under this regulation a (Human Rights Commission) is directly linked to the Prime Minister, aims to protect and promote human rights in accordance with international human rights standards in all areas, and awareness and contribute to ensuring the application in the light of the provisions of Islamic law. And is the Government competent to express an opinion and advice on human rights issues.
