7. يلتزم بــأداء نطاق الأعمال والخدمات والتزاماته بموجب هذه الاتفاقية وفق المتطلبات النظامية واتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة للتأكد من أن مدير الصندوق على إطلاع بأي التزامات تكون عليه بموجب أي متطلبات نظامية خلال القيام بالمشروع.
