يتم حساب المتوسط المرجح لعدد الأسهم العادية للفترات السابقة بإستخدام عامل تعديل قدره 1,16 وهي نسبة الحقوق السابقة 11,92 ريال سعودي وسعر الإغلاق للسهم الواحد 13,83 ريال سعودي للسهم الواحد بتاريخ 13 ابريل عام 2015، في اليوم الأخير التي تم فيه تداول أسهم الشركة قبل إصدار حقوق الأولوية.
