و افتتحت اللجنة الجلسة بسؤال وكيل المدعين عما كان لديه مزيد بيان على ما تقدم في لائحة الدعوى، و اجاب بأنه يتقدم في هذه الجلسة بمذكرة اضافية مكونة من صفحة واحدة مؤرخة في 8/3/ 1435 تتضمن التأكيد على ان الدعوى التي تشير إليها المدعي عليها في مذكرتها الجوابية و المقامة منها ضد شركتي ادوار و اليمامة في المحكمة العامة بالرياض لا علاقة لها بهذه الدعوى

The Committee opened the meeting and asked prosecutors whether the agent has more on the above statement in the case and replied that at this meeting the additional note page one dated 8/3/1435 include the assertion that the case referred to by the respondent in its reply and brought them against my innings and Al-Yamama in the General Court in Riyadh not related to this case

And meeting, the Commission opened asking the agent prosecutors what he has a further statement on the above in the list of the suit, and he replied that he leads in this meeting, a note extra composed of one page dated 03/08/1435 include the assertion that the case referred to the prosecutor in Reply note and held them against the two roles and dove in Riyadh General Court unrelated to this case

And opened the session by asking what he had more of a Deputy Prosecutor on the above in a suit, and he replied that he makes in this session a note. A single page dated 8 / 3 / 1435 contains the assertion that the case referred to it.In its reply, located on two floors and a dove in the general court in Riyadh had nothing to do with the case.
