قرار رقم 1/6/2016:
قررت لجنة المراجعة التوصية برفع القوائم المالية لمجلس الإدارة للموافقة عليها وذلك التزاماً بأحكام المادة 14 من لائحة حوكمة الشركات الصادرة عن هيئة السوق المالية، وإن كان ذلك من خلال قرار بالتمرير على أعضاء مجلس الإدارة.

1/6/2016:The Audit Committee has decided to recommend the lifting of the financial statements to the Board of Directors for approval and compliance with the provisions of article 14 of the rules of corporate governance issued by the financial market authority, albeit through resolution slider on the Board members.

decided Audit Committee recommendation to lift the financial statements of the Governing Council for approval and a commitment to the provisions of Article 14 of the Regulations of Corporate Governance issued by the Capital Market Authority, albeit through a resolution scroll to the members of the Board of Directors.
