بينما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 فأقل في اتجاهات مفردات الدراسة حول المحور الأول والثاني (واقع التمكين الإداري لدى مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة حفر الباطن, معوقات التمكين الإداري لدى مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة حفر الباطن على ضوء أبعاد التمكين) باختلاف متغير المؤهل العلمي وأظهر الاختبار الفروق لصالح مديرات المدارس الحاصلات على المؤهل العلمي دبلوم عالي.
