المدرسة الآن ليست مستودعاً للمعارف فالمعرفة متاحة عبر قنوات كثيرة، ولكنها مؤسسة اجتماعية تربوية هدفها تنمية شخصية الطالب كي يستطيع استثمار المعرفة، وأن يكون قادراً على الفهم والتحليل، وحل المشكلات، والتفاعل الاجتماعي بحيث يصبح مواطناً صالحاً يخدم المجتمع ويؤدي واجباته ومسؤولياته بكل إخلاص ويتعامل مع الجميع بأسلوب حضاري.
