اولا: هل هناك شهادات رسميه دوليه حكوميه (امريكيه) تحديدا ومن دوله توغو على ملكيه هذا المبلغ ومرفقاته للاخ الليبي ان كان الجواب نعم ارجو تزويدنا بنسخه عن المستند المتعلق بذلك .
وكذلك تزويدنا بصوره مصدقه عن جواز سفر الاخ عبد الوهاب للسير بالاجراءات .
ثانيا: سوف نقوم بتأسيس شركه استثماريه راس مالها خمسمائه مليون (او اي مبلغ ترونه ) دولار يكون الاخ الليبي الاستاذ عبد الوهاب الشريك المستثمر الرئيسي فيها ونحن ثلاثه اشخاص شركاء معه وفقا للنسبه المتفق عليها بيننا وستكون الشركه محدوه المسؤوليه غايايتها التجاره والاستثمار والاستيراد والتصدير ولذلك نحن بحاجه الى وكاله من الاخ عبد الوهاب للتسجيل الشركه وسوف نرسل لكم الموافقه على تسجيلها حال اجابتنا بالموافقه. وسنحصل له ولعائلته على الاقامه الدائمه.
ثالثا: سنعمل على توقيع العقد المتفق عليه بعد ارسال نسختين منه الينا موقعتين منكم رسميا ومختومتين من المحاكم عندكم ووزاره خارجيتكم واحدى السفارات التي يوجد لها تمثيل في الاردن وعندكم حينها سنوقع النسخه الاخرى من عندنا من المحكمه ونرسلها لكم.مصدقه حسب الاصول
رابعا:سوف تتم عمليه تحويل الاموال بعد توقيع العقود وبعد الحصول على الموافقه على تاسسس الشركه لان اصدار شهادتها يتوقف على ايداع راس المال .
خامسا: مع اصدار الامر بتحويل كامل المال تكون موافقات دخول واقامه الاخ الليبي عبد الوهاب واسرته قد تمت وشركته قائمه ويستطيع ادارتها بجميع امواله بعد تقاضي نسبتنا المتفق عليها بيننا على اتمام الصفقه وسنبقى معه في اداره الشركه ومراعاه كافه اموره .
سادسا: لاشك اننا بحاجه الى مبلغ محترم من المال تم ابلاغ الاخ عبد الوهاب عنه لدفع نفقات التسجيل والايداع والاستقدام وتسهيل كافه المعاملات يصلنا عاجلا بصوره مستعجله جدا وللدعم اللوجستي لاعضاء البرلمان والمتفق عليه بيننا وبين الاخ عبد الوهاب .
