البند الرابع: الغرض من الإيجار هو

البند الرابع:

الغرض من الإيجار هو سكنى الطرف الثاني وأسرته ولا يجوز تغيير هذا الغرض لأي سبب من الأسباب أو إجراء أي تعديل بالعين وإلا اعتبر العقد مفسوخا من تلقاء نفسه دون حاجة إلى تنبيه أو إنذار أو أي إجراء آخر

البند الخامس:

لا يجوز للطرف الثاني إدخال أي منقولات بالعين المؤجرة أو إخراج أية منقولات منها وإلا اعتبر العقد مفسوخا من تلقاء نفسه دون الحاجة إلى تنبيه أو إنذار أو أي إجراء أخر
