بالنسبة للقونصة تدل النتائج الموجودة في جدول (21ب) ان هناك اختلافات عالية المعنوية بسبب التداخل الثلاثي وان الطيور التي غذيت علي العلائق ذات مستوي البروتين العادي بدون اضافة حمض الستريك اعطت اعلي قيمة(1.63%) وان الطيور التي غذيت سواءا علي العلائق عادي البروتين والمضاف اليها حمض الستريك بنسبة 1.5 او 3% وكذلك تلك التي غذيت العلائق منخفضة البروتين سواء باضافة 1.5 % من حمض الستريك او حمض الفيوماريك اعطت اقل القيم
