بناء على الفحص المحدود الذي قمنا به وفيما عدا ما هو مبين في التقرير المقدًم من سعادة رئيس مجلس الإدارة لم يصل إلى علمنا أي أمر يجعلنا نعتقد أن لأي أحد من أعضاء مجلس إدارة الشركة مصلحة شخصية في الأعمال والعقود التي تمت لصالح الشركة خلال السنة من 1 يناير 2014 إلى 31 ديسمبر 2014

Based on our limited review, except as indicated in the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors is not learned anything makes us believe that any one of the members of the Board of Directors of personal interest in the business and contracts was for the company during the year to 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014

Based on our limited examination except as indicated in the report of Almqdanm H.E. the president of the Governing Council does not, to our knowledge no matter we believe one of members of the board of directors of the company for any personal interest in the work and made for the company during the year from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
