وعند قبض الشركة المصدرة لبدل الإجار

وعند قبض الشركة المصدرة لبدل الإجارة عن باقي مدة الإيجار بموجب هذا العقد، وقيام حكومة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية بالوفاء بكافة التزاماتها المترتبة عليها بموجب هذا العقد، تلتزم الجهة المصدرة بأن تنقل وعلى سبيل الهبة، ملكية الأصول المؤجرة لحكومة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية لدى دائرة الأراضي والمساحة المختصة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية حسب الأصول. ويعتبر التزام حكومة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية المبين في متن هذه المادة ملزماً للحكومة من النواحي القانونية والتعاقدية.
