تتطلب تعليمات مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي الاحتفاظ بحد أدنى من رأس المال النظامي وأن تكون نسبة إجمالي رأس المال النظامي إلى الموجودات المرجحة المخاطر عند أو تزيد عن الحد الأدنى المتفق عليه وهو 8%.تراقب المجموعة كفاية رأس المال باستخدام النسب المقررة من قبل مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي.

Require instructions of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency to keep a minimum level of regulatory capital and the ratio of total regulatory capital to be risk-weighted assets at or in excess of the agreed minimum of 8% .tracb capital adequacy using the Group assessed by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency ratios .

Require instructions to the SAMA to retain minimum statutory capital and a ratio of the total systemic capital to risk weighted assets at or above the agreed minimum 8%. Monitors using group capital adequacy ratios established by SAMA.
