أقر الطرف الثاني بتفويض الطرف الأول للحصول على ما يلزمه أو يحتاج إليه من معلومات تخص الطرف الثاني من أي من شركات المعلومات الائتمانية المرخصة وأقر الطرف الثاني بأن للطرف الأول أن يفصح عن أو يسجل المعلومات الخاصة بالطرف الثاني لدى الشركة السعودية للمعلومات الائتمانية أو لأي جهة أخرى توافق عليها مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي
