ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الباحثة الإستبانة كأداة لدراستها ,كما استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكون مجتمع الدارسة من جميع مديرات مدارس التعليم العام الحكومي في مدينة حفر الباطن ويبلغ عددهن (132) بواقع: (70) مديرة للمرحلة الابتدائية, و (36) مديرة للمرحلة المتوسطة,و (26) مديرة للمرحلة الثانوية.

Results (English) 1:

To achieve these objectives, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to study, also used the descriptive analytical. A community study of all directors general-education schools in the city of Hafr Al-Batin and numbered (132) by: (70) Director of the elementary school, and (36) Director of middle school, and (26) Director of the secondary school.

The study population consisted of all school principals government public education in the city of Hafr al-Batin and their number is (132) by: (70) Director of the primary stage, and (36), director of the middle stage, and (26), director of the secondary stage.
