إذا كان المستورد او وكيله او الموزع

إذا كان المستورد او وكيله او الموزع متعاقد مع منشأة أخرى لتنفيذ بعض المهام و المسؤوليات، فإن المهام و المسؤوليات ينبغي ان تكون في عقد مكتوب و لا تتعارض مع المدونة، و ينبغي ان يكون هناك تفتيش دوري من قبل المستورد او الوكيل او الموزع على المنشأة المتعاقد معها للتأكد من ان المسؤوليات او المهام مطابقة للمدونة
