تفويض المدير العام المكلف السيد / عمار محمد هاني حلواني حق التوقيع مجتمعاً مع أي من السيد/ عادل بن صالح الفرج والسيد / زياد محمد سليمان الربيش ، وذلك لمبلغ لا يتعدى ثمانية ملايين ريال سعودي لكل عملية أو ما يعادلها من عملات مختلفة .
