اشتراطات وتعليمات
يجب على المنشآت المرخصة في مجال نقل النفايات مراعاة ما يلي:
1. عدم العبث أو فك جهاز التتبع الالكتروني أو اجراء صيانة له دون الرجوع الى مركز التركيب.
2. عدم نقل حمولة صهريج مجاري الى صهريج اخر دون اشعار ادارة التراخيص والتعرفة وخدمة المتعاملين بذلك و بشكل رسمي حسب الاجراءات المتبعة.
3. اشعار ادارة التراخيص والتعرفة وخدمة المتعاملين رسميا في حال وجود عطل فني في المركبة أو بسبب حادث مروري.
4. مراجعة ادارة التراخيص والتعرفة وخدمة المتعاملين عند استلام الاشعارات الصادرة بخصوص صيانة أجهزة التتبع الالكتروني لجدولة مواعيد صيانة .
5. مراجعة مركز التركيب والصيانة مباشرة في حال تلف الملصق الموجود على الزجاج الامامي للمركبة لاستبداله بملصق جديد.
6. الالتزام بالنقل السليم للنفايات حسب القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها لدى تدوير.
7. التخلص السليم من النفايات في الأماكن والمنشآت المخصصة لذلك حسب الأصول المتبعة.
