6/1 البدء في العمليات الإنتاجية للمصنع خلال مدة (24) أربعة وعشرين شهراً من تاريخ بداية هذا العقد. و يجوز "للمستأجر" في حالة عدم قدرته على الالتزام بالإنتاج في هذه المدة أن يقدم طلب خطي لـ "مدن" قبل انتهاء المدة المحددة، يتضمن طلب الحصول على موافقة "مدن" على منحه مهلة إضافية لتمكينه من الإنتاج، على أن لا تتجاوز (24) أربعة وعشرين شهراً إضافياً من تاريخ تقديم الطلب. ويجب أن يتضمن الطلب المبررات الموضوعية والمستندات المؤيدة التي تثبت جديته في تنفيذ التزاماته، ويحق لـ "مدن" قبول أو رفض الطلب وفق تقديرها المطلق، وفي حالة موافقة "مدن" على الطلب، يجب على "المستأجر" الإلتزام الكامل بما يلي:
