سيقوم المدير بترتيب حفظ أموال وأصول العميل العائدة لحساب الاستثمار لدى بنك محلي، أو لدى بنك خارج المملكة إذا كان ذلك ضروري لتسوية صفقات الأوراق المالية خارج المملكة. وسيعمل المدير على التأكد من أن حفظ أي من أموال وأصول العميل العائدة لحساب الاستثمار سيكون طبق للشروط التي تنص عليها لائحة الأشخاص المرخص لهم

Results (English) 1:

The Director will arrange to save the client money and assets belonging to the investment account at a local bank, or a bank outside the Kingdom if it is necessary for the settlement of securities transactions outside the Kingdom. The Director will make sure to save any of the client's funds and assets belonging to the investment account will be applied to the conditions stipulated by the authorized persons regulations

Results (English) 2:

Director arrangement will save money and assets belonging to the client's investment account with a local bank, or with a bank outside the Kingdom if it is necessary for the settlement of securities transactions outside the Kingdom. Director and will work to ensure that save any of the funds and assets belonging to the client's investment account will be applied to the conditions set forth in the list of authorized persons

Results (English) 3:

The director will arrange customer save money and assets belonging to the investment account to the local bank, or the bank abroad, if it is necessary to settle securities transactions outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The manager will make sure to save any of the funds and assets of the customer belonging to the investment account will be applied the conditions set out in regulation of authorized persons
